1. Return & Refund Eligibility
You may request a return or refund within 5 days of receiving your product or completion of service.
After 10 days from delivery or service completion, refunds or exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances.
To qualify for a return:

It must show no signs of damage, misuse, alteration, or incorrect installation not caused by our team

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

3. Return Shipping Policy
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrectly supplied, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Change of Mind / Wrong Selection (Non-Custom Items Only)
If you wish to return an item due to change of mind, incorrect size, or color selection (non-custom items only), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Many of our products and services are customized, including:

Interior design and installation services
All custom-made, tailored, cut-to-size, or installed products are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the following cases:

Service outcome significantly different from agreed scope
Customers must carefully review and confirm all measurements, colors, and specifications before order confirmation.
5. Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fee.

6. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

You will receive confirmation via email regarding approval or rejection.

If approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are generally processed within 10–15 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Shipping and delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of the packaging and product immediately.

Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to report damage within 48 hours may affect your eligibility for a replacement or refund.
8. Order & Service Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation, provided production or installation has not started.
Once manufacturing, customization, material cutting, or installation work has begun, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
