Return Conditions
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
Must be unused and in original condition
Must include original packaging (if applicable)
Must not be damaged due to customer handling
Must be returned with proof of purchase

Refund Process

Refund will be issued using the original payment method

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled if:
Production has not started
Customization work has not begun
Materials have not been procured
Once production or customization starts, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to cancellation charges.
Installation & Service Refunds
For installation-based services:
Refunds apply only if service has not started
Partial refunds may apply for partially completed services
Site visit, measurement, and consultation charges are non-refundable once delivered
